These terms govern access to and use of Tune Dropper. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Using Tune Dropper

Tune Dropper provides music-recognition and music-trivia game experiences, including Party Play and Solo Play. You may use the public game for personal or group entertainment. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, misuse administrator functions, or use automated methods to disrupt or overload the service.

Third-party music and YouTube

Tune Dropper does not claim ownership of the songs, recordings, artwork, videos, or other third-party content played through YouTube. Embedded playback is provided through YouTube and remains subject to YouTube's availability, policies, restrictions, and Terms of Service. A recording may become unavailable or stop allowing embedded playback at any time.

Tune Dropper content

The Tune Dropper name, interface, original graphics, site design, software, and original written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws except where otherwise stated. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Solo scores and comparisons

Solo Play may display elapsed time, first-try performance, and comparisons with other completed games. These results are provided for entertainment and informational purposes, may change as additional games are recorded, and are not guaranteed to represent a fixed or official ranking.

Privacy and analytics

Use of Tune Dropper may generate gameplay, technical, and analytics information as described in our Privacy notice. By using the service, you acknowledge that third-party services used for hosting, analytics, database functions, authentication, and media playback may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

No guarantee of availability

We work to keep the catalog accurate and playable, but Tune Dropper is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular song selection, or continued availability of any third-party video.

Changes to the service

We may add, remove, suspend, or change features, songs, rules, or access to the service as Tune Dropper develops. We may also update these terms. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tune Dropper and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service or third-party content.
